Job Description:
As a Talent Consultant at READY SET EXEC, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with potential clients and partners in the executive search industry. This role is commission-based contractor opportunity and you will earn up to 60% of the contract value for each successful placement. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the executive search industry, including companies seeking executive talent and potential partner organizations. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with decision-makers within target organizations, present READY SET EXEC’s executive search services, and build strong client relationships. Needs Assessment: Understand the unique hiring needs and challenges of each client and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with the internal team to create customized proposals and negotiate terms and contracts with clients. Account Development: Continuously nurture and grow client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals. Offering direct hire, project based and consultant/fractional talent in the USA and Canada. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine sales strategies. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospect interactions, and sales pipeline updates using CRM software. Qualifications: Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the executive search or recruitment industry. Strong understanding of the executive search industry and its dynamics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Understands solution selling to C-suite level and pitch calls. Proficiency in using CRM software and the Google Workspace suite. Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
