All candidates go through both a behavioral interview and a sales skill interview. Where we review their daily sales habits and behaviors as well as skills for pipeline management, prospecting, closing techniques and sales methodology used.  We can quickly assess who is suited for a farmer (account based) role and who is more suited for a hunter (business development) role.  To supplement our assessment we have used assessments such as Myers Briggs and DISC to support suitability.

Our team are sales veterans themselves so we speak the language, understand the struggles sales people face and can relate to them well.  Our engagement rates are very high and we are constantly proactively pipelining talent (similar to a sales funnel!).  We dive deep into metrics with our sales candidates to understand funnel size, quota, deal size, deal flow, customer volume etc, this helps to weed out the pretenders from the contenders.
