We have constant communications with our clients, having a weekly face to face virtual meeting with them to discuss our results, KPI and candidates in play. This feedback loop ensures that we do not have any surprises and can work with you to develop a plan of action (more resources, improving candidate flow, process optimization etc).
In most cases we are able to integrate directly with the clients system or have access to it to ensure candidates move quickly through the pipeline. We are also able to use our ATS system for candidate interviews and have them transition to your HRIS as they are hired. We will work with you on a plan that is the most efficient way possible to avoid unnecessary data entry and admin work for you.
