We’re looking for a Head of Sales (U.S.) to build and scale our U.S. sales function. This is a high impact leadership role where you’ll design the go-to-market strategy, own revenue targets, and lead enterprise growth in the AR/3D visualization and e-commerce technology space. You’ll combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution—personally driving key enterprise deals while laying the foundation for a world-class sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to shape a category-defining company and play a pivotal role in its growth trajectory. 

What You’ll Do 

Develop and execute VIZBL’s U.S. enterprise sales strategy, identifying high-value verticals, ICPs, and market opportunities. Build the sales organization from the ground up — hire, onboard, and mentor a team of SDRs and AEs. Own and exceed revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecasting. Design scalable sales infrastructure including processes, playbooks, CRM systems, and reporting frameworks. Personally lead and close enterprise deals, negotiate complex contracts, and establish longterm client relationships with global brands. Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships to drive demand generation, optimize lead flow, and integrate customer feedback into product strategy. Represent VIZBL as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and in key client engagements. 

Who You Are 

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales leadership, with a track record of building and scaling teams. Proven record of exceeding quotas and closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing sales teams and scalable revenue operations. Startup or early-stage company experience preferred (first sales leader or early GTM team). Familiarity with ecommerce technology, AR/3D solutions, or related industries is a plus.
