Director of Product  – Salary 150,000-200,000

Vizbl is seeking a Director of Product to lead the evaluation, optimization, and long-term strategy of our platform. This role combines product vision, UX strategy, and hands-on execution to streamline the user journey across our web platform, website, and eCommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.). You will shape the roadmap for scalability and commercialization while driving a best-in-class product experience.

Key Responsibilities

Product & UX Audit

  • Evaluate product readiness and overall user experience quality across all VIZBL touchpoints.

  • Go through the entire merchant journey: registration, onboarding, 3D model upload, editing, and all AR integration types.

  • Review all integrations with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce) to ensure clarity, consistency, and smooth setup.

  • Review the mobile app experience (search, AR viewing, redirection to company pages).

  • Identify friction points, unclear steps, missing features, and high-impact improvements.

  • Review all dashboard sections.

  • Review the Help and Knowledge Base and identify any missing or unclear information.

Product Strategy & Roadmapping

  • Create a clear product vision and roadmap.

  • Build an MVP-to-scale plan aligned with business goals and market needs.

  • Establish KPIs for activation, engagement, retention, and customer success.

  • Translate audit findings into clear, prioritized product tasks for design and engineering.

UX Optimization

  • Simplify onboarding, integration steps, and overall platform usability.

  • Ensure users can upload different file types and follow clear routes to their goals.

  • Add or refine any functionality that improves the product journey.

  • Ensure visual, functional, and messaging consistency across dashboard, website, integrations, catalog, and mobile app.

Platform & Integrations

  • Improve user flow and product experience across Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce integrations.

  • Ensure installation, product upload, AR preview, and catalog publishing work smoothly across all platforms.

  • Identify features or improvements that increase merchant adoption and reduce support requests.

Website & Conversion

  • Review all website pages for clarity, accuracy, and intuitive communication.

  • Ensure buttons, CTAs, and flows are correct and optimized.

  • Review and refine the new features (for example, ROI calculator) for clarity, value, and usability.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Benchmark competitors such as Roomlee, Cylindo, and Levar.

  • Identify opportunities for pricing, positioning, product packaging, and feature differentiation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management or product leadership for B2B SaaS tech platforms.

  • Strong understanding of UX and product usability principles.

  • Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce, or similar integrations.

  • Experience with complex, multi-flow systems (dashboards, integrations, apps).

  • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Experience sourcing and managing design, UX, and engineering talent.

  • AR/3D experience is a plus, but not required.
