Vizbl is seeking a hands-on CTO to lead its global development team, elevate mobile and WebAR capabilities, and align all technical operations with the company’s product roadmap. The role blends deep technical expertise with strong leadership to ensure delivery excellence across backend, frontend, and mobile systems.
Core Responsibilities: Lead & Manage: Oversee a remote, cross-functional development team (backend, frontend, mobile, AR).
Strategy & Planning: Define the technical roadmap, set milestones, manage delivery timelines, and ensure scalability of Vizbl’s SDK and AR/3D platform.
Architecture & Quality: Maintain coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and high release quality across systems. Mobile & AR Development: Supervise native mobile AR modules (Kotlin/ARCore, Swift/RealityKit), enhance WebAR integration, and optimize 3D rendering performance.
Infrastructure & DevOps: Manage Docker-based CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and system scalability. Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging tech (AI, GenAI, CV, 3D engines) to sustain competitive advantage.
Tech Stack: Backend: Go (Golang), Frontend: React.js, Mobile: React Native (Android & iOS), Native AR: Kotlin (ARCore), Swift (RealityKit), CI/CD: Docker, GitHub Actions, Systems: Linux (Ubuntu) , Bonus: Three.js, WebAR, Shopify SDK, Fintech APIs, CV, GenAI
Qualifications: 7+ years in software development; 3+ years in technical leadership. Proven expertise in Go, React, React Native, and AR frameworks.
Experience in eCommerce, AR, SaaS, or 3D platforms. Strong CI/CD and DevOps background. Skilled in managing distributed teams.
